style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003eInstead, we focused on creating a balance that would make the silhouette appear faithful to Shawty,\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003erefining it repeatedly until Fery was satisfied.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: rim balance also required careful adjustment,\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003ewe revisited Fery's 1A play while considering what kind of feel this model should have.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003eWhat became clear was that Fery controls a 1A yo-yo\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003ealmost as if he were translating his 4A style directly into 1A.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p2\"\u003eAt first, we thought it would simply be interesting\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p2\"\u003eto create a \u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e1A\u003c\/span\u003e yo-yo whose form looked almost like a \u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e4A\u003c\/span\u003e yo-yo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p2\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBut our designer began to ask, “What if even the play feel itself\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p2\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ehad a distinctly \u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e4A\u003c\/span\u003e-like character?”\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p2\"\u003eWe felt this would express Fery's individuality even more clearly,\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p2\"\u003eand developed the design around established,\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003ewe moved into the actual engineering stage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003eThat was when several difficult challenges emerged.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003eBecause the external form had already been prioritized,\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003ethe available space for rim placement was extremely limited.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003eWithin those constraints, we had to find a position that could maximize both structural strength and rim weight.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p2\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003eThe first prototype allowed us to establish a workable rim position and balance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003eHowever, the factory pointed out that the configuration could make the yo-yo more prone to vibration\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003eand potentially difficult to manufacture consistently as a production model.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\" class=\"p1\"\u003eWe therefore reconsidered the entire rim placement and balance once again.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp
